Texas Legal Services Referral Directory provides a statewide legal services book, county-based organizations, and statewide self-help resources. TexasLawHelp.org: Texas Law Help is a website dedicated to providing free and reliable legal information to low-income Texans. It is part of a broader effort within the national legal aid community to use technology, particularly the Internet, to improve and expand the provision of legal aid. ABA Home Front provides legal information, resources and a directory of legal programs for veterans, military personnel and military families. Programs listed include military legal aid offices, legal aid and pro bono organizations, mediation and information services for lawyers, and military-specific programs, where applicable. The ABA`s military pro bono project accepts case recommendations from military lawyers on behalf of recruited and serving junior military personnel facing civil law issues and strives to refer these cases to pro bono lawyers. Texas Legal is a non-profit legal benefits plan established in 1972 by the Texas State Bar and the Texas State Legislature to better meet the legal needs of Texans. In this program, Texans can use the services of a licensed and participating attorney at a reduced cost. After 40 years, Texas Legal continues to help Texans solve their legal problems and better manage their legal needs.
