(33) Right of way.— A vehicle or pedestrian has the right to act lawfully and vis-à-vis another vehicle or pedestrian approaching if the circumstances of speed, direction and proximity are such that an accident could occur, unless one of them gives way to the other. It is also the provisional driving licence approved in accordance with Article 5077 of that Title, which is limited to the following points (a), (b) and (e) as regards the types of driving licences.

The requirements for obtaining a licence include the approval of a theory and practical examination that meets the specifications set out herein for each type of licence under licence. The driving licence certificate or driving licence may be of one of the following types: (j) vehicles designed by the manufacturer or the manufacturer for off-road use.
