Kimberly Versace is a Senior Consultant in the ACA Compliance Group. In this role, she provides comprehensive compliance advisory services to SEC-registered investment advisors, including private fund advisors. These services include developing and implementing customized compliance policies and procedures, preparing companies for SEC registration, and conducting SEC mock audits and annual compliance reviews. In addition, Professor Versace conducts targeted reviews and gap analyses and assists clients in conducting SEC audits.
