The worm entered my computer, locked me by changing my password, retrieved my online banking information, and threatened to take money from my other accounts and steal my identity if I didn`t go to Walmart, buy a $500 gift card, and then call it back with the card information. which I did not do. After 30 minutes, he called me back and I didn`t answer. Since then, he has called me 8 times. I would like to get my hands on these people. Why can`t something be done to stop these criminals?
