Like any precision micromechanical instrument, Hamiltonian watches require regular maintenance to remain in perfect condition. The frequency with which these maintenance operations should be carried out depends on the model, as well as the environmental conditions and the owner`s maintenance of the watch. While we cannot specify a specific time interval for maintenance, we generally recommend that a full maintenance service be performed every three (3) to five (5) years. The defective watch/wristband must be returned to our distribution center with the postmark as proof. If you receive a defective product, it will be checked by our quality control department, we will send you a replacement immediately after returning the damaged or defective product. You may return unworn and undamaged goods purchased online from hamiltonwatch.com/en-us/ within 14 days of delivery (without exception) for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price by mail. If you are returned by mail, you will have to pay for the return shipping, but Hamilton will ship any exchanged item free of charge. Hamilton guarantees the availability of spare parts for at least 10 years after the end of production of each model. Every effort is made to ensure that collectibles and vintage watches can be maintained. If it is not possible to maintain an old watch, we will offer you a new watch in exchange at a low price with our loyalty program.
