Dirk Tirez began his career with the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York City as a member of the New York State Bar and has held various positions in the private law practice. Subsequently, he served as an advisor in the office of the Minister of Finance. Prior to joining bpost in 2003, he was European General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of NASDAQ Europe, a subsidiary of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. At bpost, Dirk was a member of the Executive Committee and responsible for strategy, mergers and acquisitions, active portfolio management, legal affairs, compliance, regulation and public affairs. Dirk graduated from KU Leuven School of Law, College of Europe in Bruges and earned an LL.M. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, as a BAEF Fellow. He has participated in several continuing education programs at London Business School, INSEAD and Harvard Business School. M. Levaux is Executive Chairman of Aviapartner NV, which he joined in 2008.

Bpost`s subsidiary, Radial US, will be led with immediate effect by Laura Ritchey, currently COO and now reporting to the Group CEO, and Gary Crowe, CFO. Ilias Simpson, who leads the bpost Group`s parcel and logistics business in North America, will join the bpost Group on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of his work. December 2021. Ven began his career as an economist in the research department of Kredietbank (now KBC) and joined the Belgian Business Association in 1999 and became responsible for economic affairs. Henri de Romrée joined McKinsey & Company in 2006 and was a partner from 2012 to 2018 and from 2021 to March 2022. Previously, he was Secretary and Legal and Regulatory Director at bpost. In 2003, he was General Counsel of the company. Previously, Mr. Tirez served as European General Counsel and Secretary of NASDAQ Europe, a subsidiary of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. He also worked at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York. Anette Böhm has been Senior General Manager Group Human Resources at KBC Bank und Versicherung since September 2013. Previously, she worked as Senior Managing Director of Group Human Resources at SDWorx, including in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. Lionel Desclée is Executive Vice President and Executive Officer of Walmart and served as President and CHIEF Executive Officer of Walmart Japan/Seiyu until March 2021.
