Rachael previously worked at an eDiscovery provider, assisting law firms and corporate legal services. During her law studies, she worked at the Department of Defense and at a law firm specializing in federal criminal law, government contracts and white-collar crime. Rachael received his bachelor`s degree in journalism with a minor in Arabic from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctor from vanderbilt University Law School. Jessica Blaemire is a legal analyst in the Data, Legal Analytics & Business team with a focus on legal operations. Prior to joining Bloomberg Industry Group, Jessica was a commercial litigation lawyer for over fifteen years. Jessica spent ten years of her career as a practitioner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, where she was seconded to a client of the bank for nearly four years and was an active member of the company`s LGBTQIA+ allies and wellness committees. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and American Studies from the College of William and Mary. Jessica is licensed in Illinois, DC and Virginia and participates in the Virginia Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program. Golriz Chrostowski is a legal analyst in the litigation team. Prior to joining Bloomberg Law, Golriz was a partner in Wilson Elser`s Washington, D.C. office, where she spent seven years working on a variety of complex litigation. Prior to that, Golriz worked for five years as a litigation partner at a boutique litigation firm in New York City.

Francis Boustany is a legal analyst in the corporate analysis team specializing in labour law. In his previous roles, he was a business consultant and director of advisory services, focusing on labour and labour rights compliance, employee relations, process improvement, and technology implementation and adoption. He received his bachelor`s degree from Louisiana State University in mass communication, his master`s degree from Louisiana Tech University in labor and organizational psychology, and his doctorate in law from Louisiana State University. Susan (Susie) Bokermann leads the business analysis team. His team focuses on a wide range of issues, including environmental, social and governance issues; shareholder affairs; bankruptcy; and other corporate law issues. His team is responsible for developing practical advice and data-driven analysis for in-house lawyers, as well as corporate lawyers who advise publicly traded companies and their boards of directors. Susie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from the American University of Washington College of Law.
Diane Holt is transactional`s team leader. His team is responsible for developing practical advice and data-driven analytics for transactional lawyers. Previously, she worked as a transaction consultant for Enel, SpA, the Italian electricity monopoly, in Rome, Italy; Consultant for Regional Operations in Central Europe in Transition; and Head of the Central European Advisory Group, the regional legal and management consultancy. A graduate of Wesleyan University, she earned her JD from the University of Michigan. Diane speaks Spanish, Italian, French and Czech. Elizabeth Bernard is the head of the litigation team. His team is responsible for developing practical advice and data-driven analysis for litigants. Previously, she worked at Kirkland & Ellis, Paul Hastings and internally at Google with a focus on intellectual property litigation. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Engineering and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
Grace Maral Burnett is the Deputy Team Leader of the Transaction Team with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. His team is responsible for developing practical advice and data-driven analytics for transactional lawyers. Previously, she was a mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Istanbul law firm Turunc, where she focused on inbound and outbound M&A transactions and new investment projects. At Turunc, she regularly advises multinationals and private equity funds on transactions. Prior to that, Grace worked in business and labor law as a litigation partner at Leftwich LLC. Grace received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from American University. Princess Onyiri is a data and research analyst on the Data Analytics and Investigation team. Prior to working for Bloomberg Law, she worked as a data analyst for a policy research firm, analyzing educational data to help improve education research and reform. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Robert Dillard is a legal analyst on the litigation team. Prior to joining Bloomberg Law, Robert was a litigator and in-house counsel to small firms and government agencies. His work has focused on government contracts and labor law, while representing clients in state, federal, and administrative courts. Robert received his B.S. from Morehouse College and his J.D. from Georgetown University. Alex Butler is Vice President of Analytics and Content on Bloomberg Law`s leadership team, leading teams of expert analysts, legal specialists and data scientists. These teams focus on legal developments that drive the economy, including litigation, transactions, regulation and compliance, as well as the legal market itself. Alex has over 25 years of experience in legal technology leadership in leading organizations and global organizations. Alex received his B.A. from American University and his M.B.A. from Villanova University.
