The ALA`s Federal Pro Se program, in collaboration with the U.S. District Court`s Northern District of California, provides limited legal assistance to unrepresented litigants with cases pending before the Court`s San Jose Division. The lawyer will staff and manage the operation of the program`s legal clinic by completing registrations, scheduling appointments, and meeting with individual clients to provide limited legal assistance.
